Summer Student
Russell Walton is J.D. candidate at Thompson Rivers University. He started his career in media, working for animation and documentary studios. Then transitioning to the technology sector, Russell worked in software engineering and development roles in both private and public sectors. He is co-author of the recent article in the International Cybersecurity Law Review, Comparing Canada’s proposed Critical Cyber Systems Protection Act with cybersecurity legal requirements in the EU.
When not reading about technology and law, Russell can be found on the golf course, travelling, or hiking.
