For the North American market, in collaboration with a wide Chinese patent practitioner network, Xiang provides China-centric prior art search and analysis, Chinese patent application preparation, and litigation support and coordination for Chinese matters. These are well suited for clients seeking to implement China-centric and international patent protection strategies.
For Chinese clients and associates, Xiang and the Brion Raffoul team provide patent prosecution related services before the CIPO and the USPTO patent offices. These services are provided using task-based and package-based fee structures tailored to the diverse needs of our clients.
