Using in-depth patent prosecution legal knowledge and expertise, Xiang successfully represented clients before Patent Appeal Board in Canada (59 C.P.R. (4th) 206) and Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences (BPAI) in US (2009-001247, 2009-010117, 2009-012630, 2010-001141, 2010-01078, and 2012-001088).
Xiang was a partner at one of the largest full-service law firms in Canada. Xiang also worked at the German Cancer Research Centre (DKFZ), National Research Council (NRC) of Canada, and a multinational telecommunications manufacturer.
